1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.concretehutto.com or contacting us for concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided

- Concrete driveways, patios, and walkways
- Foundation and slab work
- Decorative and stamped concrete
- Concrete repair and replacement
- Commercial concrete services
- Other concrete-related services as agreed upon in writing
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by ClearFront Hutto Concrete Works are based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if you request changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require:
- A deposit before work begins (amount specified in your agreement)
- Progress payments for larger projects as milestones are completed
- Final payment upon project completion and your approval
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects on time and as agreed upon in your service contract. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
6. Permits and Permissions
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals required for your concrete project. If we agree to obtain permits on your behalf, this will be outlined in your service agreement and may involve additional fees. You must also ensure that we have clear access to the work site during the project.
7. Site Preparation and Access
You are responsible for ensuring the work site is accessible and free of obstructions before we begin. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, plants, or other items that may interfere with the work. If we are unable to complete the project due to site access issues, you may be responsible for additional mobilization fees.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement and may vary based on the type of project. Our warranty typically covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, soil movement, tree roots, or Acts of God. Normal wear and tear, such as minor surface cracking due to settling or temperature changes, is also not covered.
9. Limitation of Liability
ClearFront Hutto Concrete Works and its employees are fully insured for your protection. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Underground utilities should be marked by the appropriate utility company before we begin work.
10. Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to make changes to your project after work has begun, we will provide a revised quote and timeline. Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees to cover costs already incurred. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address the matter promptly. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation before taking legal action. Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
